Terms of Service

Please read before requesting a commission.

General Terms:
I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission for any reason.Commission Request:
Please send me information on the type of commission and on the character you want me to draw.
If possible, please provide visual references of any characters, environments or backgrounds.
Please describe how you want your artwork to be. The posing, expressions, outfit, lighting and the overall look.
Sending visual references will also help me understand what you want more clearly.
If you’re unable to find a reference photo, you can send me stick-man figures or a simple doodle to help us work towards your intended goal.Payment:
Payment will be made upfront over Ko-fi or through PayPal invoice.
The payment currency is in EUR.
Do not send payment, before I agree to accept your commission and ask for the payment.Process & Delivery:
The time to finish your commission might vary between 1 week – 2 months depending on the complexity of the commissioned artwork and outside factors.
I will notify you, when I start working on your commission.
If the commission needs to be finished by a specific deadline, it must be discussed beforehand.
I’m usually pretty open if it is a realistic and doable timeframe and my personal circumstances allow it.
Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image through a Google Drive link.
In case of emotes, I will also send a web-friendly size.
Note that there is no physical product.Revisions:
Please openly communicate with me any changes you want to be made to the art, so I can correct it early. Free changes to the commission can only be made before the colouring stage.
You get 3 rounds of revisions on the commissioned piece included in the price. Though I’m usually not particularly strict about this rule if the additional revisions aren’t too excessive or time consuming.
An extra fee will be added for any major revisions past the colouring stage such as changes in poses, a different composition or big changes to the character or design.
The amount of the fee depends on the effort and time the change you want me to make will take.Communication:
I will send updates during each phase of the commission (sketch, lineart, colour, final).
Responses may take 3-4 business days.Copyright Policy & Usage:
Commissions are for personal use only. The commissioner may not use the artwork commercially, unless agreed otherwise.
I retain all copyrights to the artwork. This includes the right to distribute or use the image for self-promotion and posting the finished artwork online and in my portfolio, unless agreed otherwise.
I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork.
You retain the rights of your own character and can share the commissioned artwork online and use it as a wallpaper or icon. You have the right to print and hang it on your wall or gift it to a friend, however, you do not own the rights to the drawing itself.
Please do not make profit of or reproduce the artwork for mass consumption, commercial or promotional work, marketing for a product or company, selling it as prints, stickers or any sort of product and any similar commercial use without obtaining the commercial rights from me.
Please do not take credit for the artwork, trace or remove the signature from it.
Do not alter the work in any way or form without my consent.
Processing the artwork through any AI training is strictly prohibited. Reproducing a commission for any blockchain related reasons, including NFTs, is also prohibited.Commercial Rights:
The commission is for personal use only. The commercial rights to the artwork can be purchased.
An exclusive license is +100% of the commission price. This means the client has the rights to reproduce and use the artwork for commercial use as client wishes (e.g. streaming, merchandise, etc), and it does not grant the artist any rights to sell and license the artwork. However, the owner may not own the copyright to the artwork.
Work for hire is +200% of the commission price. This means all rights to the artwork of the project will be transferred to the client.Cancellation & Refunds:
If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.
If the buyer wishes to cancel the commission after work on the commission has started, the buyer can be issued a refund but agrees to pay the cancelation fee. The fee for cancelling the commission after work has begun is 50% of the commission’s price. The client then receives the work as is.If any rules are broken, all the others still apply. By commissioning this artist, you understand and agree to the terms and conditions. Any breach will result in immediate termination of your request, no refund will be allowed and legal action will be taken.
